BE A FREEMASON Tuesday, July 06, 2010
Masonic Society: New Orleans Sept. 24-25, 2010
Don't forget to sign up now for The Masonic Society's 2010 Semiannual Meeting! We will be at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in New Orleans' French Quarter, on Bourbon Street. The theme of this meeting is "Our Service to Masonry."
There will be Masonic lectures and events at the hotel, but we will also be mindful of the desire of our members to have time to enjoy the sites and activities taking place in the French Quarter. Louisiana has some of the most unique Masonic history in the U.S., stemming from its French influences prior to the Louisiana Purchase. We will have great lectures, plus events like an exemplification of a Scottish Rite EA degree, which is rarely seen in this country outside of a few Louisiana lodges. The events will cap off Saturday evening with a fabulous banquet, New Orleans style, which will be sure to blow any diet.
The Royal Sonesta Hotel is a truly beautiful and historic New Orleans style hotel, right in the heart of the French Quarter. The entertainment is all around you!
You can register for the banquet and you will also find a link where you can reserve your room at the New Orleans Royal Sonesta Hotel. Or phone your reservation in at 504-586-0300 and use the group code "MASONIC". Make your reservations early, as we have a limited block of rooms, and there is a Saints game that weekend.
Don't miss this fantastic event!

Your comments will not appear immediately because I am forced to laboriously screen every post. I'm constantly bombarded with spam. Depending on the comments being made, anonymous postings on Masonic topics may be regarded with the same status as cowans and eavesdroppers, as far as I am concerned.
