Unfortunately, with greater interest in the fraternity also comes interest of a less than desirable variety. According to a story in the Rocky Mount Telegram, the Rocky Mount Masonic Center in North Carolina was broken into a week ago, for the second time in two months. Uniforms, officers' jewels, swords, and even the lodge's Bible were stolen the evening of July 29th.
If your lodge doesn't have an alarm system, next meeting is a good time to vote for one.
