  1. Being from Canada we do not have these plates the year 1818 under the Square and Compass is that the establishment date of the GL of Indiana? IF this is obvious to most I apologize. I thought these plates a great idea to get the world out. However with the movies and popular literature always demonizing The Craft I wonder if any Masons have had any Negative experiences from the ignorant?

  2. Being from Canada I was wondering the year 1818 on the Masonic plates to what does it refer? I was thinking the establishment date of the GL of Indiana is this correct? I was thinking this is a great idea to get the word out about the Craft. I was wondering if you knew of any negative experiences any brothers have had by those more in tune with movies and popular literature that tend to demonize the Craft?

  3. Yes, 1818 was the chartering of the GL of Indiana. I've never had a negative comment from the plates, and i have had them on all three cars for years.
