Finished.. for the moment
The last of the new manuscript has been sent off. Just leaves two weeks of manuscript review, but that should be simple.
It's been a long couple of months.
This is the first project Alice and I have collaborated on from start to finish, and I think we complement each others' style and strengths well. We'll know soon if anyone else agrees.

What's the subject of the latest literary output from Hodapp & Hodapp? Your fans are dying to know!
ReplyDeleteThe Templar Code For Dummies is due out July 10th. In one compact volume, we endeavor to cram the complete history of the medieval Knights Templar and their rise and fall; a crash course in the history of the Crusades; modern day Templars, including the Masonic variety; myths, legends and loot ascribed to the "survivors" and how the Scots got dragged into all of this; PLUS how they fit into the poorly researched canon of Dan Brown, which includes side trips into apocryphal gospels, the Priory of Sion hoax, Rosslyn Chapel, the Holy Grail and Mary Magdalene.
ReplyDeleteAll in just 384 pages.
We wrote 420, so we're spending the week hacking it down to the proscribed size.
