Uh, no, I don't want one. It's quite possibly the ugliest phone I've ever seen, and I'd say that if it were made by Moto or LG or Nokia or just about anyone.
The Apple mystique frankly mystifies me, and all the hype about Apple's "industrial design" makes me somewhat ill. Add to that the fact that I think Jobs needs to have an intervention for his delusions of Godhood, and I just don't hold much of a brief for Apple.

Oh, good God.
ReplyDeleteYou too?
Face it. You want one. Come to the Apple. It calls to you. It tempts you. It wants your mind and your wallet.

I am a total Apple geek. Have been forever. However - their choice of carrier [Cingular/now again AT&T as of today] is what stops me.
ReplyDeleteI left Cingular after a mere 6 months of some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I even PAID to cancel the contract on our two lines. Something I have never done with any company, ever.
Soooo, I'll be waiting. And drooling. But at least once they're offered to other carriers, all the kinks will be worked out.
