What are the psychodynamic forces at work that create this set of fears (and/or hopes)?

That's the big question in terms of understanding the forces underlying anti-Masonry. (It applies, of course, to many other kinds of "anti-" movements as well: anti-Semitism, anti-Catholicism, anti-Mormonism, and so forth.)

Why do anti-Masons fear Masonry so? The answer to this question will say a lot about the psychology of our society, and it won't be pretty.

Thank you, Chris, for posting this.Mark Koltko-Riverahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11173090767545559729noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25683662.post-2481756208394815252009-07-21T08:22:51.961-04:002009-07-21T08:22:51.961-04:00I wonder what these conspiracy theorists were like...I wonder what these conspiracy theorists were like when they took geometry in school.Michael Shirleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13355439947660092660noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25683662.post-1149946501664644982009-07-21T06:54:26.961-04:002009-07-21T06:54:26.961-04:00"But if the all-powerful Masons put them ther..."But if the all-powerful Masons put them there, where are the "squares" to go with the compasses?"

Pft!
