And I only keep a few clippings. And probably 2/3 of the 132 items on my Kindle are free downloads from Gutenberg.

Can't recall the last time I was in a bookstore. Probably when I was in DC at Thanksgiving last year.Fuzzy Curmudgeonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03802539927743643041noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25683662.post-89412736695935508092010-05-12T11:03:43.335-04:002010-05-12T11:03:43.335-04:00Oh, but Brother Chris --- you miss SO much not bei...Oh, but Brother Chris --- you miss SO much not being able to drag a couple of hundred books around with you for ready reference. Why there's a GREAT book out called Freemason Symbols and Ceremonies for Dummies that's now neatly tucked onto both my iPhone, the family Kindle, and my computer desktop. I do love paper books and have several thousand (as you can see by my Library Thing - www.librarything.com for those unfamiliar - partial listings of just the past few years) but for portability and travel, the Kindle concept is SO slick.

Just yesterday, got a Dummies book on InDesign CS5 that's on Kindle but not in paperback just yet. Nice to be on the bleeding edge sometimes.

Nice to know about the underlining feature: guess I'd better go back and do some on that 'Ceremonies' book!

Fraternally,
Ed KingEd Kinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13441021275049141775noreply@blogger.com
