Grand Lodge of Indiana Library and Museum Workday Sunday 5/15

Brethren in Central Indiana, our Grand Lodge Annual Communication will open on Tuesday at the Indianapolis Scottish Rite Cathedral, and the Indiana Grand Lodge Library/Museum needs help in order to be able to give visiting brethren a glimpse of our progress.

There will be a work day in the Grand Lodge Library/Museum this Sunday, May 15 from 9:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. We are on the 5th floor of Indiana Freemasons' Hall at 525 North Illinois Street in Indianapolis. We need a good-sized contingent of brethren, at least twelve to fifteen, to help us move items and make things more presentable. All books and over 1,000 boxes have been unpacked, and the detailed work of cataloguing and sorting will be an ongoing project. But the goal this weekend is to make the room navigable so brethren can see the direction we are headed. Obviously, the more folks we have, the more we can accomplish.

Please join us if you have a couple of hours available on Sunday morning. There will be coffee and doughnuts on the second floor at 8:30. Please RSVP, either to me at hodapp@aol.com or to WB Jim Dillman.
